Where do guests park? How do they enter and exit and navigate the site? Where do guests go if they have a problem or require first aid? Are facilities such as toilets clearly set up and sign posted? Who is responsible for managing the toilet and cleaning facilities?

All these questions, and others, are typical areas that do not first come to mind when planning an event, but all are critical to the success of any event. No matter how good the entertainment or catering is if your guests cannot move around easily, cannot easily locate the toilet facilities, or cannot walk from their parking to the main site easily this will be there defining memory of the event.
